I had a bad weekend, hence no doubt leads to Monday Blue. And I craving for chocolaty gooey since last weekend but fail to gain satisfaction too. Today, after work, i rushed to La Bodega to get what I wanted when my memory suddenly popped up with the thing that I had missed last time. My friend and I used to step in here, yet sadly he didn’t like here and hence we moved away even we had given the menu. Quick glimpse, I know it is and here I come today.

La Bodega at Pavilion is one of the latest outlets from the folks of Gastrodome. Famous for Tapas and is an ideal spot for those working people nearby seeking happy hours. I have no interest for Tapas but will try……..one day. Vetted thru the menu again though I had my target.

After some asking-this-and-that, I eventually settled down with its Warm Chocolate Fudge Cake……………plus a Swiss imported ice cream. It’s a must! Though needed to pay for the extra.

Again, sadly! What’s happen for the foods that I had this few days? Nothing satisfying. Or I was a way too picky?

The plating was good; with plate being warmed before serve but………..this made my ice cream melted too fast! Hey! Plz la! Speed up urself if u know u have to so. I dun desire to have melted ice cream. Anyway, the Helados Mixtos which was a Swiss Ice Cream in Macadamia Nut flavour was still ok, at least not so sweet with smooth but not so decent of the milky flavour. Tiny bits of the Macadamia Nuts were presence though not so much. I still vote for Bonton.

Flat in round shape of the chocolate cake was a bit soggy. I prefer the cake to have some hardness which able to hold the Chocolate lava before being forked them out. The inner secret was there, loads but lack of some ommph probably due to the so-so quality of the chocolate used. Decorated with some Coffee Cream which I found it even creaminized the whole thing and leads cloey after taste. I took it away. Sorry! I dun really appreciate ur masterpiece.
